Delivery

Onesport will despatch your order within one working day of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you. Deliveries to the UK mainland are sent via Courier or Royal Mail.  If you live in an isolated location in the UK please allow an extra couple of days for delivery.  Orders placed for Next Day delivery need to be placed on or before 12pm.  Orders placed after this time will not be guarenteed but we will do out best to get your order out the same day.  Orders placed on Standard delivery will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Onesport reserves the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice.

Returns

We endeavour to supply the highest quality product. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the service or the product you have received we are only too happy to help resolve the problems that may occur. Our returns policy is purely subjective to the situation that has occurred, but will endeavour to come to a suitable resolve.  Onesport reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund for a product that has been opened, used or damaged.

2. BY CHEQUE

Alternatively you can send a cheque payable to 'Onesport' to the address below.  (Please be advised that we will need to wait for the cheque to clear before shipping the goods).
